Below are just some of our custom products we've worked on over the years...


Maple Leaf  Sports and Entertainment:

 

Business Challenge: 
To temporarily clothe a giant plastic moose in downtown Toronto. 

Ford, a corporate partner of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors wanted to help promote hockey and basketball thorough the use of the Toronto Moose promotion.  The key was that we could not paint the moose since they were the property of Ford.  The Ford moose was displayed at the Air Canada Centre and our job was to find a way to have the moose participate on game nights.

Business Solution:
Since painting the moose was out of the question, we embarked on finding a manufacturer among our valuable factories that could create a Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors jersey from the ground up large enough to fit a stone moose.  We found a more than capable soul and received instructions as to how to go about doing a fitting for a concrete moose.  Measurements were taken and a prototype made.   The final fitting for both jerseys proved that it could be accomplished.   The result was that the Leafs and Raptors had a new supporter for their teams.  The Ford moose was proudly wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs Jersey on home game nights and he changed into a Raptors’ jersey to cheer on his favorite basketball team when they were hosts to other NBA teams.  The shirts were so popular that fans couldn’t help themselves and began to autograph them.  They wanted to be a part of history and a part of their favorite teams.



Canadian Tire:

Business Challenge:
A major Canadian retailer celebrated its 75th Anniversary recently and they wanted to present all their employees and suppliers with a memento to commemorate the occasion.

Business Solution:
Many ideas were discussed and the final product chosen was a custom-made injection moulded frame displaying the pieces to mark the occasion. It was a cost effective solution that received rave reviews from our satisfied client.


MacLaren McCann & Molson:

Business Challenge: 
The ad agency for Molson Canadian wanted to recognize senior executives at Molson Canada for their efforts on becoming 100% Canadian owned once again.
 
Business Solution: 
In our effort to provide a made in Canada, unique solution we drew on our past experience with a metallic manufacturing process.  We took a Molson Canadian bottle and after this process was applied we completed the award by screening the bottle and mounting it.  The client was equally impressed with our efforts and these awards are proudly displayed on executive credenzas at Molson.

 


Red Carpet (Now Van Houtte):


Business Challenge:
Our client, Red Carpet Food Services a leading Canadian vendor of coffee and food service products needed a vehicle to provide their sales force with an extra competitive edge.
 
Business Solution: 
The vehicle was a custom designed and manufactured presentation kit with various components to sell in to prospective accounts the coffee story.  The results were "outstanding!".  Our client summed it up this way: "Your support in the development, production and delivery phases for all products was first rate.  The response and support from our sales force has been outstanding.  We certainly appreciate you going the extra distance for us during this critical campaign".
